Both are close to the same coastal flying area. The practical difference for most visitors is where the day begins and which local team is easiest to contact.
Budva and Bečići are nearby bases around overlapping coastal flying geography, not identical local-team surfaces.
Budva is the city-base choice; Bečići is the stay-near convenience choice.
Brajići is the shared launch reference; meeting, landing, timing and team communication depend on the actual day.
Do not compare the two sites as a price war or package ladder; choose by holiday base and practical fit.
Is paragliding in Budva and Bečići completely different?
Not necessarily. Budva and Bečići are close, and the flying area may overlap, including the Brajići take-off. The useful difference is where you are staying and how the local team plans your day.
Quick answers
Choose Budva when the town itself is part of the holiday and you want the local Budva team to fit a tandem flight into that city-base rhythm.
Choose Bečići when you are staying in or near Bečići or Rafailovići and staying close to the quieter resort area matters more than Budva town energy.
Contact the Budva team when Budva is your base. Continue to the Bečići local team when the stay-near Bečići path is clearly the better fit.
From the hillside at Brajići you can see how close Budva and Bečići really are. Choosing between them does not mean choosing two completely different mountain flights. It is often a question of where you will start and finish your holiday day.
Choose Budva if your hotel, walks, restaurants and evening plans are in the town. You can ask the local Budva team about the flight and agree how the meeting and trip to take-off will work for your date.
If you are based in Bečići or Rafailovići, it makes sense to start with the Bečići local team. You may prefer to keep the flight arrangements close to the resort where you are staying.
Base decision
Stay with Budva when the town is already your holiday base. Continue to Bečići when staying close to Bečići or Rafailovići matters more.
