Helpful feedback does not need to sound promotional. It should make the day easier to picture for someone still deciding.
Route, month, pickup, timing, briefing, landing, and anything that helped you feel oriented.
Say whether you felt calm, nervous, reassured, surprised, or more relaxed once airborne. That tells more than generic praise.
Do not include phone numbers, hotel room details, private names, or anything you would not want public.
